According to The San Francisco Standard: The two-unit residential loft at 67-69 Belcher St. in Duboce Park sold for nearly $6.8 million on Sept. 25. The property, which comprises two buildings each with about 10,000 square feet and 20-foot ceilings, was purchased all-cash by Paul Mercer and Elizabeth McEnroe, both former Apple employees. The buyers had been looking for investment opportunities for about six years. The property was listed for $6.34 million in July 2025 and the price was raised to almost $7 million in September 2025. One unit is rented to a master tenant paying $12,500 a month with six friends as subtenants, while the other unit contains construction material and equipment. The previous owners, Epstein and his construction partners, bought the buildings for $4.9 million in 2021 and had planned a 31-unit condo development designed by Stanley Saitowitz.
