The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival, which will commemorate Dolly Parton and honor Warren Hellman's wish for it to remain free, is set to take place in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park from Friday, October 7th at 11 a.m. to Sunday, October 9th at 7 p.m. The San Francisco Examiner reports that the festival will host 80 musical acts.
