High-speed chase on SR-24 and I-680 ends with arrest in Concord

According to News24-680: A high-speed pursuit involving a suspect vehicle on Highway 24 and I-680 concluded late Thursday night in Concord. The vehicle was reportedly traveling at speeds estimated to be around 100 mph. The pursuit ended at a 76 station located at Meadow Lane and Monument Boulevard in Concord at approximately 10:38 pm.

Upon reaching the 76 station, police surrounded the vehicle with guns drawn and ordered the driver to exit. The driver complied with the officers' instructions and was subsequently taken into custody.

News24-680 reported that charges are pending against the driver, though the specific charges have not yet been disclosed.
