According to Patch Castro Valley: A 56-year-old man was arrested after shooting his two roommates during an argument at a home in the 3200 block of Lynde Street in Oakland. The shooting occurred just after 2 a.m. when the suspect, who had moved in about a week ago, refused to come out of the home, prompting SWAT activation. It took more than three hours for the man to surrender. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of assault with a firearm. Both victims are expected to survive.
