Piedmont Harvest Festival features apple cider making, edibles contest, jazz, art show, farmer's market and food trucks in Piedmont Park on September 27.

Piedmont's annual Harvest Festival returns to Piedmont Park on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with apple cider making, live jazz, an art show, a farmer's market and more.

The free community event invites attendees to bring their own apples and press fresh cider on site, according to Piedmont Exedra. Apples from backyard trees, grocery stores or even bruised fruit from a local grocer are all welcome.

The cider-pressing station is made possible by Piedmont resident Richard Sykes, who is donating the use of a handcrafted apple press he built himself, the Exedra reported. Attendees who bring a large batch of apples are encouraged to also bring a sealable container to take cider home.

Beyond cider making, the festival lineup includes an edibles contest, a jazz festival, an art show, Scarecrow Alley, a farmer's market and food trucks. Admission is free.
