According to Hoodline: The Grad, a prominent property in Downtown San Jose, has been sold for $204.8 million. The sale was facilitated by Brookfield and Coastal Ridge Real Estate, who acquired the property.

The sale price translates to approximately $787,500 per room, which is more than double the South Bay's typical per-room average. This significant price tag underscores the high value placed on the property.

The sale price exceeds the property's assessed value of $193.5 million from January by 5.8 percent. This transaction highlights the robust real estate market in the area.
